Refund policy

14-day right of withdrawal. EU and UK consumers may cancel an order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Email support@astralico.com with your order number; we reply with return instructions. Return the item within 14 days of your notice, unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty.

Refunds. We refund the product price and the standard delivery fee to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof of return shipment).

Faulty, damaged or wrong items. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We repair, replace or refund the item and cover the return costs. Statutory warranty rights under Finnish consumer law apply in full.

Exceptions. Items that are sealed for hygiene reasons cannot be returned once the seal is broken. Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
