Shipping policy

Where we ship. The countries we deliver to are the ones offered at checkout for your address. If your country is not offered, we do not deliver there yet.

Cost. Tracked shipping costs 14.90 EUR per order. Delivery is free on orders of 75 EUR or more. The cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery time. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days. Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page and at checkout; they are estimates, not guarantees. You receive a tracking link by email when the parcel ships.

Customs. Deliveries within the EU carry no customs charges. For deliveries outside the EU, any import duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Problems with delivery. If a parcel is late by more than 30 days, arrives damaged, or goes missing, contact support@astralico.com with your order number and we will resolve it, including a full refund where the item cannot be delivered.
