Terms of service

Seller. ASTRALICO / Dovenaire, Business ID 3653919-8, Ukonhatunkuja 3, 02390 Sarvvik, Finland, support@astralico.com. These terms apply to consumer purchases made in this store and are governed by Finnish law and EU consumer protection rules.

Ordering and prices. All prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown before you confirm payment. An order becomes binding when you receive the order confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock or was listed at an obviously incorrect price; you will be refunded in full.

Payment. Payment is processed through Shopify Checkout with the payment methods shown at checkout. Your card is charged when the order is placed.

Delivery. Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees. If an item is delayed more than 30 days you may cancel and receive a full refund.

Right of withdrawal (14 days). As a consumer you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Notify us at support@astralico.com with your order number, then return the item within 14 days of your notice. The item must be unused and in its original packaging; you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We refund the price and the standard delivery fee within 14 days of receiving the return.

Faulty or damaged goods. Every product carries the statutory warranty under Finnish consumer law. If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it, and cover the return costs.

Disputes. If we cannot resolve a complaint together, you may contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Service (kkv.fi) or the Consumer Disputes Board, or use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

Changes. We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published at the time of your order.
